Payment for the order - in cash upon receipt, payment for the order using the details or through the LIQPAY electronic payment system of PrivatBank.

When paying for an order through the LIQPAY system , the delivery amount is immediately included in the order amount, in this case the customer receives his order free of charge, we undertake the obligation to pay for delivery .

Having clarified the order by phone, we transfer it to the carrier (delivery service). After we have handed over the goods to the carrier, we will send you the bill of lading number by SMS message. On the carrier's website you can track the movement of your order using the declaration number. When the order is delivered to the carrier branch you specified, the carrier will send you a message about the arrival of the order and invite you to pick it up. For targeted delivery, the carrier will coordinate the delivery time with you.

To receive an order from the carrier, you must have an identification document (passport, driver's license), power of attorney.

A representative of a legal entity (if a legal entity is indicated as a recipient), in addition to his passport or driver's license, must present a power of attorney from the legal entity.

The order must be received within 5 days of arrival; orders not received within this time may be returned to the sender. If you have any circumstances that do not allow you to receive your order on time, please let us know in a way convenient for you.

Upon delivery by courier, the Order is handed over. If it is impossible to receive an Order paid in cash by the person specified in the Order, the Order may be delivered to a person who can provide information about the Order (shipment number and full name of the Recipient), and also pay the cost of the order in full to the person delivering the Order.

The order is paid in the amount corresponding to the amount of the Order indicated on the Site.

The Seller’s obligation to transfer the goods to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the moment the Buyer receives the shipment, as this moment is determined in accordance with the current postal rules. The procedure for delivery and disclosure of Shipments containing goods is determined by the current postal rules.

Attention! When ordering delivery by postal and courier delivery services (“Nova Poshta”), when accepting the Order from the courier or delivery service department employee, be sure to inspect the delivered Product and check it for compliance with the declared quality, assortment and completeness, description on the website, and integrity of the packaging.

If there are no complaints about the delivered Goods, the Recipient signs the “Order Delivery Form” or the invoice and pays for the Order. The signature in the delivery documents indicates that the Recipient has not made any claims to the Goods and the Seller has fully and properly fulfilled its obligation to transfer the Goods.
